We offer house league for U5 to U17 out of Dundas. Often ages 4 and up.

We offer T-ball for U5, and then the players increase to an 11" softball for U7 - U11. In U13 and up, a 12" softball is used. Rules will vary at each stage starting with a tee for hitting, then to coach pitch, then to a combination of coach and player, until U11 when it is solely player pitching.

Our Season opens in April each year. Games will start end of Beginning of May and Run until Playoffs in August (Normally the first and second week).

Our home games are played out of the Dundas Driving Park (Cross Street, Dundas). We are part of the FMSA (Flamborough Minor Softball Association). This means that we play house league in a loop amongst Lynden, Copetown, Freelton, Sheffield, Stoney Creek (furthest point).

We field 1-2 teams in each age group out of Dundas, but we play against the FMSA loop teams.

Most teams will have one game, and one practice each week. With any rain cancellations and rescheduling, there can be two games per week + to accommodate.

Our goal is to make each player successful and comfortable in their ball development. We create teams based on age level, and skill set. We do take friend requests into account. Please note this on your registration.

All of our coaches and executive are volunteers. Our coaches are mainly hired by referral and are often parents of players within the league. No coaching certification is required. However, we do offer own league clinics for all levels of coaching.

We host an opening day to welcome all players, disperse uniforms, learn about rules, meet their team and engage in some Dundas Dynamite fun! 

In season, we host pitching clinics (1-2 per year), and are adding batting clinics and a mentorship program for younger athletes to learn their love of the game with our more senior players.

In the off season, we offer Winter Clinics to help zone in on new skill development and fitness.
